"It was nothing but a pleasure to work with Clara and her MCCSN team in the preparation and execution of our Finance & Accounting Conference last spring at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines in San Diego. My Administrative Assistant had never handled a task of this size and nature, and Clara made it work easily for us through constant communication from the time planning began all the way through and past the end of the event. We did not know the San Diego area, but MCCSN listened to our general ideas, provided well thought out options, and turned it into a well orchestrated, highly professional, and thoroughly enjoyable Conference. They coordinated everything from selection to execution at all off-site venues (fine restaurants and a private yacht with live entertainment) including menu selection and chartered ground transportation to and from all locations, and handled all billings and payments for these events. MCCSN staff was onsite and at hand continually from the Opening Reception, through formal registration, to each meeting or event to be certain all was functioning as intended. I was particularly pleased that Clara acted as liaison for me with the Hilton Sales and Catering staff so I did not have to concern myself, and could focus on the presentations and meetings at the heart of the Conference. All facilities and equipment were set up and ready as required and all attendees including spouses were kept fully engaged with the arranged events. I received many compliments regarding the Conference from my staff, and I attribute that to Clara and MCCSN's work. Clara herself was a positive and engaging individual to work with, and I enjoyed doing business with her. I would highly recommend Clara and MCCSN to any group for any event, and be completely comfortable they would be pleased with the results."

"I was an intern at the Multi-Cultural Convention Services Network for 5 months from January to May 2007. During that time I had endless opportunities to work on conferences and events that were brought to San Diego. Clara provided me with expert wisdom on events management and I was able to learn all the tricks of the trade from her. It was a really enjoyable and valuable experience for me. After completing my internship with MCCSN I went on to work for the Australian Trade Commission in Los Angeles and organized and coordinated the Australian Pavilion at the largest mining expo in the world MINExpo in Las Vegas in 2009. I am currently completing my Masters in Primary Education in Sydney, Australia and hope to move into primary teaching (where my events management skills will still be put to good use trying to manage the children in my class :) ."
